Booth Details 摊位配置：

1. Each booth includes 1 Table & 2 Chairs 每个摊位包括一张桌子和两张椅子
2. Banquet Table: 6 Feet x 2.5 Feet (180cm x 75 cm)

Registration Fee 报名费用：

1. RM200 for 2 days – External Vendors 外部单位
2. RM100 for 2 days – MPI Students 毕理学院学生
3. Free 免费 – NGOs/Exhibition-only/Workshop-only booths（非营利组织或只做展示/工作坊的单位免费）

Terms & Conditions 条款与细则：

1. Organizer reserves the right to remove any booth at any time, if products sold or activities conducted differ from what was originally promised. 主办单位有权在任何时间要求摊位撤离，尤其是在销售产品或进行的活动与先前承诺不符的情况下。
2. Payment must be made by May 15th, 2025. No deposit required. 所有费用需在5月15日前缴清，无需押金。
3. Booth setup may begin on May 23rd, in coordination with the decoration team. 可于5月23日与布置团队一同开始设置摊位。
4. Booths must be dismantled immediately after the event concludes. 活动结束后请立即拆除摊位及清理场地。
5. Cleaning & clearance must be completed on May 25th between 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. 清理工作需在5月25日下午3点至4点之间完成。
6. Early termination of booth use is allowed with prior notice to the organizer, but no refund will be given. 提前撤展不予退款，需提前通知主办方。
7. Vendors must bring their own extension cords and any necessary equipment. 供应商需自备电源延长线及所需设备。
8. Organizer reserves final decision on booth placements and arrangements. 主办方保有最终摊位安排与决策权。
